What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send through the inquiry form: your name, work email, organization, role, and message. The interactive tools on this site run in your browser and never send anything you select to us.

Information saved on your device

Saved preference plans and room checklist ticks are stored only in your own browser or app on your device. They are never sent to us, and you can delete them at any time. Pages may also be saved on your device so the tools work offline.

Please do not share patient information

This site is not designed to receive protected health information. Do not include patient names, records, or any identifying health details in your message.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your inquiry and arrange services you request. We do not sell or rent it. Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf.
